i-Cell Networks Inc. Privacy Policy

i-Cell Networks Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recognizes that it is extremely important to protect personal information (including sensitive and special-care-required personal information) entrusted to us by patients and customers, to handle such information appropriately, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan. Accordingly, the Company hereby declares, both internally and externally, that it will implement the following measures and will strive to ensure the proper protection of personal information.

（１）The Company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan, as well as other laws, guidelines, and related standards established by the Japanese government, including industry guidelines, concerning the protection of personal information.

（２）The Company acquires personal information by lawful and fair means and takes necessary measures to ensure that such information is not handled beyond the purposes of use, handling methods, types of personal information, or retention periods stipulated in the “Consent Form for the Protection of Personal Information.” Except as permitted by laws and regulations, the Company will not provide or entrust entrusted personal information to any third party without the prior consent of the individual concerned, nor will it use such information for purposes other than those stated in the consent form.

（３）In order to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, the Company establishes internal rules and responsibility systems and implements appropriate security measures. These security measures are reviewed regularly, and any deficiencies identified will be promptly corrected.

（４）In order to implement this policy, the Company establishes a Personal Information Protection Management System (including this policy and internal rules and regulations related to personal information protection), ensures that it is thoroughly communicated to employees and other relevant parties, and maintains and continuously improves the system.

（５）The Company provides education and training to employees regarding the importance of personal information protection. In addition, the Company appoints a person responsible for personal information protection in each organization that handles personal information and strives to ensure appropriate management thereof.

（６）The Company respects the rights of patients and customers regarding their personal information. If there are any questions regarding this policy, or if there are complaints or inquiries concerning the handling of personal information by the Company, the Company will respond appropriately and promptly through the person in charge or the contact point listed below.
